Payment, Shipping, Refunds


Shipping Policies

Shipping is always by registered mail.

All items, except MADE TO ORDER orders, ship within two to three (2-3) working days after payment is received. Shipping is done by Hellenic Post first priority registered mail to ensure a safe delivery. I always provide a tracking number as soon as I have posted your package.

Please note that after I ship out your package what happens to it is beyond my control. Any post office delivery issues are not my fault. Registered mail can always be tracked and cannot easily get lost but I bear no responsibility if you do not go to pick your package up.

Buyers outside of the EU may have to pay custom fees. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package

Shipping to Europe takes around 10 working days, to the US approximately 2 weeks, while shipping to other international locations can take up to 4 weeks. These times can be longer during busy times like Christmas and other holidays.

Payments

I accept Paypal, Credits cards, and Debit cards. You don’t need to have a Paypal account, just press the Paypal option and follow the link to pay by credit card.

Refund Policies

Please read carefully the description of the item you are interested in before you buy it. Keep in mind that colors may vary, due to different monitor settings.
I’d love you to be happy with your order.

If you wish to cancel a purchase before shipping, contact me and, if item is paid for, I will make a full refund.

If there is a problem with your order, please message me before leaving any feedback and I will do my best to work things out. I always want my customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase.

If by any chance your package is returned to me as unclaimed, I will contact you to arrange re-shipping it. The extra shipping cost will be covered by the customer. If I get no reply within 3 days, I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping.

Returns are not accepted for custom made items including favor bags. christening favors, and made to order quilts or pouches. This also goes for all custom orders.

If your item is not in the above categories you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving. A return form can be provided, if you wish for one. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, the item should be packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. As soon as the item arrives back, a refund will be given minus the shipping cost.

Items cannot be returned and refunded in the event of exceeding the 14 day return policy.
