I finished this baby quilt (which I named Scot’s Plaid baby quilt-after the block I used-) before the end of 2016, but I never got to post my WIP post. And since I took a lot of photos I guess, it doesn’t matter if I post it right now.
Using Cotton & Steel fabrics has been an amazing experience, and I’ve decided to try busting my stash and buy only fabrics from C&S. They are just the quilter’s dream. And I only used their basic line.
This is a quilt that I wanted to make for some time now, and I have been preparing a pattern for it also. I would really appreciate any feedback on that! I have already finished the quilt so I will not say much more, since I have already prepared the FINISHED QUILT post for next Friday.
The main block of the quilt is called Scot’s Plaid and you can find a video tutorial on how to make it here on my channel.
Swoon quilt: made all the blocks but haven’t pieced them together.
By the sea quilt: top and backing is done. I just have to baste-quilt-bind.
Farmer’s Wife Quilt: I did not make any progress whatsoever.
Farmer’s Wife 1930’s Quilt: well the truth is that I have two blocks ready since summer (whaat!) and I can never get the mood to post about them..why??? Apart from those, NADA de progress.
Rotating quilt (former Orange peels quilt): I have to applique a few more blocks and then piece the top.
Vintage embroidery quilt: I have to write about this quilt as soon as possible, in order to commit myself to make it. It has been tooo long on my to-do list,
Square quilts: I have already pieced 3 quilt tops and I will soon find the time to blog about it.
